5. While we do our best to work within an agreed timescale for our visits, we may on occasion be forced to reschedule for another time due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this arise we will advise you. We cannot offer any compensation under these circumstances.

site is subject to change. No warranties implied or otherwise are
7. The "No Fix, No Fee" offer applies only to problems that PC Services are technically unable to fix and not due to an unwillingness of the customer to purchase the necessary parts or labour required to fix the problem. The client will be charged for the consultancy fee for the time spent on site.
8. The client will be required to produce evidence of any licence for any software required to be installed unless the software is freeware and is in the public domain.
9. We only offer guarantees and warranties as offered by the manufacturers of the components / equipment.
10. If after our diagnosis of the fault the work is deferred then a consultancy fee will be payable. None of the above has any detrimental effects on your statutory rights as a customer. We will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have about these Terms & Conditions or any other part of this site or the services provided. |
