Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions page. Below, are answers to common questions handled by our support staff.

 

What is this No-fix, No-fee all about?
If we are technically unable to fix the fault specified then we won’t charge you a penny! (see our Terms and conditions)

 

What geographical areas do you cover?
We cover most of Central, East, South and of London  (refer to the map on the home page).

 

If the job only takes 30 minutes, will I have to pay for the whole hour?
Yes.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payment by cash or cheque with cheque guarantee card.

 

Are you VAT registered?
Currently we are not VAT registered.

 

What experience do you have?
We have many years of real-world computer experience, PC and network experience with both home and business systems.

 

What happens if the engineer is unable to fix my computer?
If we are technically unable to fix your computer, PC or network then you won't have to pay a penny.

 

Do you provide telephone help?

We provide telephone help for our existing clients. However we are available for simple help for new clients.
